Due to weight and safety restrictions in helicopters, no baggage other than one small carry on bag per person is allowed on any flights. The maximum dimentions are the size of a carry on bag on a commercial airline flight. (no larger than 56cm (height) x 36cm (width) x 23cm (depth)) with a maximum weight of 12 kg. If you would like to take any addition baggage it is important to contact us before your flight and make special arrangements. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any flight due to weather, safety or operational necessity. Safety is our primary concern and no compromise will be made to safety standards. In the event of a cancellation from our side a full refund will be given. The following charges apply to cancellations by clients: More than 48 hours notice: Nil charge Within 48 hours and 24 hours notice: 50% charge of full fare Less than 24 hours notice or “No Show”: 100% charge of full fare
There are no restrictions for children and infants of all ages. Infants up to the age of 2 years will have to sit on the lap of an adult with a separate restraining belt, or in a approved child seat. Only 1 infant is allowed per flight. Children over 2 must occupy their own seat. Let us know at the time of your booking when you're planning to travel with an infant.
Eco Flight will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience arising from or incidental to, any delay in service, howsoever caused. Eco Flight works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for other operator’s acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by these operators which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage.
